Digital Conference Package
Our standard digital only one-day conference includes:
• One-day Hopin license for up to 200 guests with one live “Stage”
• Two days of pre-production assembling the event and sending out invites to delegates
• One Digital Stage Manager to manage the backstage area and get presenters on in a timely manner
• Two “live”-event staff to provide technical support to delegates should they have any issues
Digital Conference Packages starting at £1500
One-day hopin license, pre-production, management, “live”-event staff, one live
“Stage”, unlimited breakout sessions with two-way interaction between guests,
networking, paid or free ticketing integration, and detailed analytics.
Optional Extras
Additional “live”-event staffing: £300
• We can supply as many support staff as you require, but we recommend a minimum of one per 100 guests
• Sennheiser USB Headsets: £35 pp
• Improve the audio quality of at home presenters by supplying them a headset microphones, sent to their home by us
• For addresses in mainland UK (international shipping can be arranged POA

If your event requires multiple simultaneous talks, your number of invitees is very
large, or you wish to have a livestream studio setup to supplement the online conference,
then please do get in touch and we can offer you a more bespoke solution
that delivers you exactly what you require.
